Proprietors of this hotel are farmers from the sea, they exercise for many years, with passion, the work of producer oyster. In this area protected by the Peninsula, the tip of Quiberon on the leading edge of La-trinité-sur-Mer, no less than 2000 hectares of parks are located either in deep water, or by discovering (Part discovered by the shore the tides, called tidal).
The quality of water rich in plankton, as well as the sandy soil, make an oyster bouquetée, the nacreous shell.
